I thoroughly enjoyed my entire experience at Urban Oasis. I scheduled a massage with one of my best friends because we've had a challenging year with taking care of elderly family members and deep sorrow. I was impressed and felt welcomed by the front area employees and the facilities aesthetics. My massage with Asha was beyond awesome! Asha was professional, experienced and kind and provided an exceptional swedish massage. While the waves were lightly crashing in the soothing music being played, my mind was cleared and had thoughts of a brief get away on a lovely island. I will be returning to Urban Oasis in the coming new year.

I came here for a prenatal massage with Rae and she was incredible. It was so relaxing and she somehow managed to improve my SI joint pain in just one session. It took me until late in my third trimester to find it but now I'll definitely be back.

Urban Oasis is a wonderful place for a spa experience. The calm and soothing atmosphere with a welcoming staff who offer different teas, juices or water, is a great beginning. The massage was terrific. My therapist was Dan, who is very intuitive and gave me the perfect combination of Swedish and deep tissue massage. I have always loved Urban Oasis and had a great massage and this was n9 exception. I go there regularly and highly recommend it! Very professional and welcoming!

Thoroughly impressed with Urban Oasis, as they truly live up to their name. This is my first visit and will definitely not be the last. The moment you walk in you are welcomed by the lovely Alicia and Annisha like family into their homes. Offered water or juice and clean sandals. Explained all the amenities and procedures. Just sitting in their cozy tranquil waiting area for my massage therapist, I felt so relaxed and comfortable like when I used to visit Grand Teton National Park and resort. My massage therapist, Dianne, was professional friendly and most importantly, her firm slow concentrated strokes/movements felt like she knew exactly where I needed more or less attention. I didn't feel like a slab of meat as I did in some of my past massages at other places. One of the best massages ever! After my hour session, I "floated" in a clean soft robe over to the lovely refreshing shower spa with a fabulous rain shower & many amenities that I did not expect. Prices are reasonable for all you get, with tempting packages available for return customers. Free parking up to 90 minutes and some free parking around the shopping area. Truly, a gem of an oasis in this part of the city!

Best massage ever! Molly's approach was different than a typical massage very thoughtful and intentional. She got all of the problem spots. She is clearly very experienced.

First, Urban Oasis offers a variety of massages (reflexology, cranio sacral, etc.) so you can really go for the experience you want, not just having to choose between sports or swedish. I also felt Kristina really listened to what I wanted regarding areas to concentrate on which surprisingly doesn't always happen. She also gave me ideas on what I can do for my own health, based on what she learned from my body during the massage. She was a true professional and I intend to go back regularly.

From the moment I walked in and was offered a lovely cup of tea while I waited to the kindness of the staff being willing to mail me the earrings I left there, my experience was top-notch. Melissa has a wonderful touch and skillfully and sensitively address each problem area I had told her about. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure she was using the right amount of pressure. And she had a wonderful energy, which I really enjoyed. I would definitely go to her again! This was an effective massage that I haven't had for awhile. Thank you, Deborah, for delivering it! I am a mother of two young toddlers and my posture while I was nursing my sons wasn't the best. My back/neck/shoulder have been give me some problems and it also didn't help that I work in an office and sitting in front of computer all day long. I have gone to a few massage therapists in the past. Unfortunately, some didn't make much sense to me and a few of them didn't even have a proper intake. "Urban Oasis" happened to have an appointment open that fit my schedule and I took a chance to give this place a try. First of all, the ambience was very welcoming and I was warmly greeted. I was able to change to the sandels right away and got offered an beverage of my choice. Deborah, the therapist, then escorted me to the room and everything appeared clean, temperature on the bed was appropriate, and the lighting was just perfect. Deborah applied strong pressure and it was exactly what I needed for my kind of deep tissue massage! There were some moments that I had to breathe and inhale harder to combat the pressure going through the trigger points and connective tissues, but eventually I felt so much better as the session progressed. Deborah was so kind to provide me some useful tips for stretching and posture adjustment. She showed a lot of care and I really appreciated that. The rain shower exceeded my expectation as well. The amenities in the shower room were great and I haven't had any massage service that came with the use of this facility like Urban Oasis. In addition, I received awesome service from the receptionist as well. She handed me a product sample, a discount card for the next service, and explained the referral program. I believe I have found the spot for getting a regular massage. The location is conveniently located near the CTA North/Clybourn Red Line station. It's also accessible via major bus lines 72 North Ave. and 8 Halsted). Tipping was effortless. I was able to zelle since carrying cash hasn't been popular post-COVID.

I have been coming here for years and I've never had a bad massage. You can be confident that if Urban Oasis hires someone, that person is highly competent. Of course I have my own favorites but if I'm in desperate need of a massage, I know I can take whomever is available. The space is exactly what you want from a spa... quiet and clean. I like to reserve a steam afterward to complete the experience and I always walk out feeling lighter and better than when I walked in.

I contacted Urban Oasis to purchase a gift card for a friend. I knew that she LOVES this place and now I know why. I couldn't make it there in person in time for her birthday because of my schedule so they were kind enough to mail it to me. I received it within two days in the mail. My friend was so happy when I gave her the gift card and she encouraged me to purchase a massage for myself. Since then I have been back and WOW was I happy! Great customer service experience from my first encounter over the phone to my my own massage. Truly one of the best massage experiences I've ever had at a spa. I'll be back again for sure

I've tried their Thai and hot stone massages. Both services were outstanding! There's an option of having a steam or rain shower afterward and both are enjoyable. Be sure to request more time if you think you need more than 20 min in the shower. There's a strict limit on shower time and you will receive a knock on your door.

I had Kristina (she's not listed) for a TMJ session and loved every minute of it. Being a bodyworker myself, I highly recommend her. Thoughtfully and effectively touching in on all my complaints areas. Her flow and time management allocated the right amount of time in each area. Pressure was perfect! I appreciate her patience in allowing my tissue to respond. About ten minutes in I was wishing my session was longer. Looking forward to trying other modalities. Urban has the best rainfall showers! Water pressure and temp control was impressive. None of that weak shower BS that leaves soap scum and hair on your body.

My experience was great! For being a first time getting a massage! Place was clean people were so nice and polite! masseuse was such a great person that worked every part of my body the way I needed! Thank you all for the experience for the first time!
